Poison Ivy/Poison Oak

It’s no fun, the best advice I can give you is take a shower as soon as possible with lots of soap. The poisons from these plants are oil based and the soap will cut that oil. After it is cleansed as best you can keep it dry and don’t put anything on it unless it is specified for that particular poison.
