The B.R.A.T.Y. diet is what you should remember when dealing with an upset stomach. B.R.A.T.Y. diet consists of the following:
Banana
Rice
Apple Sauce
Toast
Yogurt
These particular foods are more gentle on the stomach. When the stomach is upset it is a little more sensitive so keep the food intake down to small portions. Sip clear liquids or suck on ice/popsicles. Walking around a little bit will help stimulate the intestines and get things moving along. Keep in mind that the causes for upset stomach are many, this isn’t a fix all it’s just a general rule of thumb.
